I do not think there is a life expectancy will only continue to grow and develop. Jock was, if problems in the school so much. Exactly what has said before ... use something you have to use for athlete's foot. My sister had ringworm from a cat and was very good with the ointment for athlete's foot, the lot, but it works.
BTW, lichen is a fungus nor a real worm. ;)
Life expectancy depends on the treatment. Try to iodine. It works very well ... in a few days.
