Yes, it is very difficult to follow a specific diet after eating anything and everything I wanted.

The solution is to change the setting. There is still much to eat, and you'll never be hungry. If you accept that you will change the type II and their mentality, it be easier.

Type II is a very dangerous disease, but can be controlled. You do not know how old you are, but begin to control NOW. Good luck. Pops

Do not eat large meals. Eat frequent small meals so your blood sugar to stabilize. Proteins are important.

If you think to cheat .... Please think about all the damage could be done, it will update itself in time - with their level of sugar in the blood, that is to play. Remember - problems (amputation of a foot, anyone?) Eye problems (blindness), peripheral neuropathy (severe leg pain - If you still ....) I know it's hard, but it's true. I have a niece who is diabetic, and this is how you fight.

Maybe you keep in food is the right until you get used to it. And you want to.

The nutritionist should eat has a whole list of things you should not. It is a change of lifestyle they do. You will learn what they eat and how much.

Make sure monkey blood sugar several times a day at first. Yes, it's hard, but long-term effects of diabetes are much worse.

Good Luck

Dietitians Few people know what works. The ADA diet guiodelines totally inadequate. See below what works. A1C is I went from 13 to 3.9 to 4.1 and by 70 pounds in 10 months, no medicine

Mod food for life, literally. You can feel good, but you have a very serious illness that significantly reduce the duration and the quality of your life when you have no interest.

Something with protein will help to fill. Nuts / peanut butter is good and satisfactory.

I'm with Dad.

Diabetes Type I or II is a balance of insulin (or insulin-stimulating) activity and carbohydrate metabolism.
If you do not want to stop eating things that you want, you can do two things:
1) Exercise more, and when it does, does so with violence. They consume burning the year until the excess fuel it.
2) Eat less exercise, what you enjoy, if you can not get enough.

A third thing that I do not recommend for the type II and will only need to add or to stimulate the production of insulin to compensate. Type I have more freedom here.

Excess insulin will convert their excess fuel directly into the fatty acids. In the case of Type II diabetes, the fat is what you came in the first issue, if you do not want to add more fat. The taxes your pancreas is already loaded with more freight, and burn. Then they need to inject insulin. Type II has often become resistant to insulin injections, and die soon.

The maintenance of equilibrium. The food does not taste as goodwhen you're dead.
