How to do a DIY Wedding Buffet? - diy wedding guestbooks

I do not want to pay hundreds in the catering, so I hope I myself (with help from friends!)
The place of marriage is 2 hours from home so in the not quite sure how to do each day and still fresh food.
If anyone has an idea, please let me know!

Find a VFW hall near you or you can create a space that you can bring your own food can be rented. Google in the region. Best wishes. :)

Most marriages here are self-service buffet. You can do very well if you put time and effort in, and we have much to contribute.

The most important thing you want is to serve food that can be drunk at room temperature. Unless you are an aunt or a good friend who is missing at the ceremony to heat / cook food voluntarily, you have things you can be prepared in advance.

We had cold cuts, cheeses and vegetables, plates of fruit, croissants and chips, etc.

They have been good advice.

We have a buffet reception DIY. Fortunitly my future MIL used to manage a catering company that is so impressive, dealing with the masses. But we do not have roast beef and a variety of parts. Roast beef seems well with almost everything and made a sandwich LOL go Fest impressive post.

SCA People can do anything. contact your local Society for Creative anachronism, and ask how they celebrate their geographic area. Myslf I was more than a dozen parties at several services for 250 people

Assign dishes or courses to friends. Make sure that two persons for cleaning.
